Moving Ahead with Final EIR
We move into 2010 with a Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) available for community review. The EIR reviews the proposed project as well as several possible alternatives. The San Luis Obispo Planning Commission will begin discussions on the EIR at the Commission meeting on January 27, 2010.
In addition to participating in a number of upcoming formal City meetings, Garden Street Terraces developer Hamish Marshall and his planning team are contacting Garden Street neighbor businesses, property owners and residents to offer project updates and answer questions.
